Terms & Conditions

• Crossroads Gaming reserves the right to alter, cancel, terminate or suspend this trade-in agreement or any part of the applicable terms and conditions at any time, with or without any prior notice.
• Proof or photo of a state-issued ID or passport is required for all trade-ins. For anyone under 18, we require identification and permission from a legal guardian. (per ORS 646A.060)
• Crossroads Gaming is not responsible for any stolen, fake/counterfeit products traded-in by sellers. Selling fake/counterfeit cards to stores is retail fraud. We retain our right to pursue legal action in the event that a counterfeit card enters our inventory and is later identified.
• We reserve the right to refuse trade-ins for any reason and it is at our discretion.

Trade-In Guidelines

• On-the-spot trades are limited to 10 cards maximum.
• More than 10 cards must be submitted as a prolonged trade-in.
• Recently released cards will not be accepted until 2 weeks after release or pre-release, as card prices can change dramatically during this time period.
• To be eligible for trade, all cards must be:
  • In English
  • Non-serialized
  • Removed from any binders, tins, or deck boxes
  • Removed from any sleeves and/or top loaders
  • Must be non-Graded
  • Exceptions may be considered

• Any sleeves, deck-boxes, or binders given over to Crossroads Gaming and its employees will be considered part of the trade-in, unless they are requested to be returned.
• We do not accept trade-ins:
  • 30 minutes before the start of any event To ensure timely player registration and event kick off
  • 15 minutes before the end of any tournament round To guarantee accurate and timely reporting and ensure a smooth transition to the next round
  • An hour before closing, or an Hour after opening
• Trades can either be taken in as a prolonged trade-in or brought in during normal business hours the following day

Trade-in Value Pricing Guidelines

• We use the current TCGPlayer market price to establish card value. For cards not listed on TCGPlayer, we use a variety of sources, such as ebay listings, to provide a median price point.
• Other factors that may influence the value of a trade-in offer:
  • Condition of cards, including smell
  • Current demand for the card or its game
  • Currently high or low market price for the card
  • Any damage, including corners and fading

• We will consider other items for trading or buying but all policies still apply
• We may quote a higher or lower rate than our guidelines, or decline to accept cards based on these factors. We reserve the right to refuse trade-ins for any reason and it is at our discretion.
• For bulk we will calculate the number of cards based on the weight of one card of that game type.

Abandonment Policy for Prolonged Trade-Ins

After the customer has been contacted they will have 30 days to either redeem the value exchange or have their items returned to them. If the customer has not done so by the allotted time, the customer forfeits the merchandise over to the store. Please make sure your Phone number and/or email is correct.  We are not responsible if we cannot get a hold of you using these methods due to incorrect or unreadable information.
